At PAREF Rosehill, the Guidance Program plays a vital role in the school’s mission to form the whole person. Working hand in hand with the Mentoring System and Class Advisory Program, the Guidance Office supports each student’s academic journey, personal growth, emotional wellness, and future direction.

We recognize that every child is unique. Our proactive and responsive services ensure that each girl receives the support she needs to flourish—academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Our Programs and Services

  • Counseling
    Individual sessions with a licensed guidance counselor help students navigate challenges, build resilience, and grow in self-awareness. Conversations are rooted in trust, warmth, and respect for each girl’s dignity.
  • Guidance Classes
    Developmentally-appropriate lessons aligned with Rosehill’s Core Values help students build emotional intelligence, make responsible decisions, and foster healthy relationships.
  • Career Pathing and Awareness
    A scaffolded journey from Grades 7 to 12 that helps students explore their strengths, interests, and values. Through structured assessments and reflective activities, students gain clarity on their future paths.
  • Career Talks
    Interactive sessions with professionals from a variety of fields broaden students’ perspectives and connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.
  • College Fairs
    Our annual college fair gives students and parents direct access to universities, colleges, and scholarship opportunities. It supports informed and confident decision-making.
  • Guidance Testing
    A series of age-appropriate psychological and aptitude assessments are administered across grade levels to support student development. Results guide individualized support and academic planning.
  • Individualized Intervention Program (IIP)
    A tailored support system for students with specific developmental, emotional, or academic needs. This includes one-on-one counseling, progress monitoring, and close collaboration with parents and teachers.
