Class Advisory Program
A Daily Space for Character Education, Belonging, and Growth
At PAREF Rosehill, character education is intentional and personal. One of the ways we bring this to life is through our Class Advisory Program (CAP)—a dedicated channel for daily character development, team spirit, and student support.
Each class is guided by a Class Advisor, a faculty member who serves as a steady presence in the girls’ daily lives. The Class Advisor helps foster a culture of friendship, openness, and values-driven leadership within the classroom. This complements our mentoring system and strengthens our commitment to home-school collaboration.
Weekly Virtue Sessions
Every week, students gather for a Class Advisory Period focused on the school’s monthly virtue. Topics like order, cheerfulness, and service are explored through guided discussions, shared reflections, and real-life applications. These sessions form part of a unified, school-wide character education program that is anchored in Christian values and designed to nurture the whole child.
Our Guidance Counselor also facilitates Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions at various points in the year. These are designed to help students develop self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships—skills that are woven into the fabric of our character and virtue formation.
Everyday Habits that Build Formation
More than a once-a-week session, CAP is part of daily life at Rosehill. Simple routines—like morning check-ins, prayer, and shared class responsibilities—become opportunities for leadership, personal discipline, and growth in faith.
We believe that values take root through relationship and belonging. That’s why we place great importance on making every student feel seen, supported, and known—not just as a learner, but as a whole person.
A Community that Builds Confidence and Purpose
The CAP classroom is where students form meaningful bonds with their classmates. Through peer bonding activities, classroom traditions, and teambuilding, they learn to appreciate one another’s strengths and grow together as a team.
At Rosehill, CAP is more than just a program—it’s a lived experience of character education and formation. One that helps every girl grow in confidence, character, and connection.
